At Anyskinz, we aim to process and ship all orders quickly. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order.

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

2. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@anyskinz.com and include your order number and reason for cancellation.

3. After Processing or Shipping

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
In that case, you may return the product after delivery according to our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Refunds

If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
