• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your legal jurisdiction, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notification.

3. Repeat Infringers

Anyskinz reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

4. False Claims

5. Modifications to This Policy

Anyskinz reserves the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
