How to Use Our Skins

Applying an Anyskinz™ skin is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to achieve a clean, professional, and bubble-free finish.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have:

  • A clean workspace

  • A microfiber cloth

  • Your Anyskinz™ skin

  • A few minutes of patience

For best results, apply your skin in a dust-free environment.

 

Step 1: Clean Your Device

Before applying the skin, thoroughly clean the surface of your device.

Remove:

  • Dust

  • Dirt

  • Fingerprints

  • Oils

Use a microfiber cloth to ensure the surface is completely clean and dry.

Step 2: Prepare the Skin

Carefully remove the skin from the backing paper.

Avoid touching the adhesive side more than necessary.

Handle the skin gently to maintain perfect alignment.

Step 3: Align the Skin

Before pressing the skin down, carefully align it with:

  • Edges

  • Buttons

  • Ports

  • Cameras

  • Openings

Take your time during this step. Proper alignment is the key to a flawless installation.

Step 4: Apply Slowly

Start from one side and gradually work across the surface.

Use your fingers to gently smooth the skin as you apply it.

Avoid pressing down the entire skin at once.

Step 5: Remove Air Bubbles

If small bubbles appear:

  • Use a microfiber cloth or soft card

  • Push bubbles toward the nearest edge

  • Apply gentle pressure

Most small bubbles disappear naturally after installation.

Step 6: Secure the Edges

Once installed, firmly press around:

  • Corners

  • Curved areas

  • Edges

This helps ensure maximum adhesion and a long-lasting finish.

Removing a Skin

When you're ready for a new look:

  1. Slowly peel the skin from one corner.

  2. Remove gently without pulling too quickly.

  3. Any remaining adhesive can be wiped away with a soft cloth.
